There’s something about baseball managers losing their shit that I love. Bobby Cox, Lou Piniella both are fucking heroes in my book. So it’s no surprise that i enjoyed every second of Lloyd McClendon just melting down and going batshit when Mariners catcher Mike Zunino got tossed for arguing a checked swing call that went the Yankees favor.
Mclendon was so incensed that h eran towards every infield ump one by one to give them a piece of his mind.
The tirade had everything including a kick of the cap.
Somewhere out there “Sweet Lou” is smiling.
