Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey has earned the ire of some Ravens fans after he shared on social media that he was in attendance at the Seattle Seahawks’ Super Bowl parade on Wednesday. Humphrey has played for the Ravens since being drafted by the team in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft.

Given his general attention-seeking behavior on social media, Marlon Humphrey has long been a divisive member of the Baltimore Ravens franchise.

This latest move, however, may have been a step too far for some, as it’s difficult to recall another instance of an active player that *didn’t* win the Super Bowl attending the parade anyway, even as a “fan.”

Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey is getting flamed for attending the Seattle Seahawks Super Bowl parade

“I personally don’t give a s— that he was at the parade, but you can tell majority of the Raven fanbase is very done with Marlon Humphrey,” one viral tweet read.

“Marlon Humphrey can’t be right in the head. I never seen another NFL player in my 31 years of living go celebrate another team SB parade. Especially during a time where you maybe cut by your current team,” a second added.

“Marlon Humphrey is really making a case to be the most hated Ravens player of all time,” a third suggested.

Not everyone was critical of Humphrey, though, with one fan arguing that the NFL season is over and he’s a grown man whose allowed to do what he wants with his free time.

“I’m one of the people who gets annoyed with Marlon often but I don’t see why people is trippin off this. He’s a grown man, the NFL season literally JUST concluded. He can go where he wants,” the tweet read.

Since being drafted out of the University of Alabama in 2017, Humphrey has played 9 seasons for the Ravens and has had 406 solo tackles, 102 assists, 7 sacks, 6 fumble recoveries and 23 interceptions, while also being selected to play in four Pro Bowls.
