Mason Rudolph Exposes Former NFL Cheerleader For Lying About DM During Monday Night Football

Mason Rudolph says he did not slide into the DMs of a former NFL cheerleader, despite the claims made in a viral video on Monday night. The 29-year-old quarterback was framed!

Or so he says…

Rudolph was thrust into action for the Titans after an injury to Will Levis during their game against the Dolphins. Although he did not do much, with just nine completions for 85 yards, he did enough not to los and Tennessee beat Miami 31-12.

At some point during the second half, Joey Mauriello posted a video on social media from Hard Rock Stadium. It showed his girlfriend, Amanda Vance, with a message from Rudolph on Instagram. Mauriello joked that he was down extremely bad because the same quarterback that hit on his girlfriend was actively destroying his team in front of his own two eyes.

Both Mauriello and Vance are sports handicappers. They are employed by (or partner with) Betr.

Vance also used to cheer for the Dolphins.

Even though the caption to Mauriello’s video explicitly stated that Rudolph’s direct message was from “MONTHS ago,” people actually believed it was sent during the game. It was not.

The message, which asked Vance if she was “still in Miami” was no less than seven months old. Rudolph set the record straight during an appearance on The Doug Gottlieb Show. He apparently went back and looked at the context after getting put on blast!

Not only was the message from the start of the year, it was not unsolicited. Rudolph did not initiate the conversation with Vance.

It was a response and it was about eight months ago. It was definitely not in between second down going to third down, that’s for sure…

To be fair, neither Mauriello nor Vance tried to present the video as something it was not. Their only “wrongdoing,” for lack of better word, was the lack of context. If Vance messaged truly Rudolph first, then this should be a much bigger deal for Mauriello than Rudolph. Go get your girl!

Either way, their video went extremely viral and the happy couple got what they set out to get— views.

A good frame job for a little 15 seconds of fame I guess.

Unfortunately, we will not know the full story unless Amanda Vance or Mason Rudolph releases the full chat history. Neither involved party seems eager to do so.
