Matthew Stafford’s hopes of winning the MVP award this season have been shattered after his disastrous game vs the Falcons on Monday night football.
Before the game, Stafford was the odds-on favorite to win the MVP.
Unfortunately for Stafford, he threw three interceptions against the Falcons in the Rams’ upset loss to the Falcons.

While speaking with the media, Stafford took responsibility for the Rams’ loss.
“I obviously didn’t play well enough. Nothing they did, to be honest. It was the same kind of stuff they’ve been doing all year, just we didn’t execute well enough.”
Immediately after the game, Drake Maye became the overwhelming -650 favorite to win the MVP over Stafford.
