Mel Kiper Jr. released his latest mock draft on Tuesday just nine days out from the start of what will be a virtual NFL Draft. While his top four picks match what we saw in the third version of his mock draft, he moved a lot of big names around towards the end of the first round.
Another big change Kiper elected to go with was predicting that the Dolphins would select Justin Herbert, not Tua Tagovailoa, with the No. 5 pick.

While predicting Miami will select Herbert is bold, he wasn’t the only high-profile prospect to receive some love in Kiper’s latest mock.
Three of the top wide receiver prospects on the board moved up in the mock draft with Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy going to Jacksonville at No. 9, Oklahoma’s CeeDee Lamb headed to San Francisco at No. 13 and LSU’s Justin Jefferson moving up six spots to No. 15 going to Denver. Alabama’s Henry Ruggs III fell the other way, however, dropping six spots to Philadelphia at No. 21.
No other wideout fell harder in the mock draft than Clemson’s Tee Higgins going from No. 19 to No. 30 with Kiper expecting the Packers to take him at the tail end of the first round.
Outside of ‘The Big 3’ quarterbacks of Joe Burrow, Tagovailoa and Herbert, the wide receiver group in this draft is extremely intriguing with plenty of ‘take the top off the defense’ type guys expected to have their names called early.
