The Miami-Dade police department are being accused of not being transparent with their investigation into Tyreek Hill’s arrest.

On Sunday morning, the superstar Dolphins wide receiver was arrested outside of Hard Rock Stadium during a traffic stop.

One video shows one of the officers getting rough with Hill.

According to local CBS report Jim DeFede, the Miami-Dade police department is refusing to release the body cam footage of Hill’s arrest and is calling on the mayor to get involved.

“It has now been 24 hours since Tyreek Hill was stopped and handcuffed and the @MiamiDadePD is still refusing to release the body cam video. If @MayorDaniella and the Police Director claim to want transparency then they should release the video immediately @CBSMiami

The longer they refuse to release the body cam video then the public will wonder what they are hiding.
@MiamiDadePD has long used the Internal Affairs process to hide their misdeeds. There is no reason they should withhold the video while the IA investigation continues. @CBSMiami”

The Miami-Dade PD has already announced an investigation into the arrest while putting one of the officers on administrative duties.

Hill is currently considering his legal options against the Miami-Dade PD.
