Building a sports stadium near one of the busiest airports in America was probably not the best idea.
On Saturday, Messi and Inter Miami will play their first game at Miami Freedom Park, which was built right across the street from Miami International Airport.

Unfortunately, traffic will be a nightmare whenever Inter Miami plays at the stadium.
Before Saturday’s game, American Airlines sent out a warning to travelers about the upcoming traffic issues.

ALERT: Miami International Airport officials will be urging passengers, employees, and visitors to allow extra travel time from 4-11pm on Saturday due to Inter Miami’s match.
They expect heavy traffic at MIA entrances and exits.
