The second episode of ESPN’s documentary on the 97-98 Bulls focused on the tension between Scottie Pippen and GM Jerry Krause.
Pippen, who was signed to a terrible 7 year/$18 million contract, wanted more money and eventually demanded a trade at the beginning of the 97-98 season.
In the documentary, Jordan called Pippen “selfish” for not keeping his “word to the organization and to the team”.
