Whitney Miller is making quite the career change. She was named Miss USA in 2012 and now she’s trying to make a name for herself in mixed martial arts and boxing.
She’s been at it since 2014 when she decided to try to get a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Now, on Thursday night, she stepped into the ring for her first amateur boxing match against River Fuller, a veteran of seven fights, and came home with a victory.
This is no joke either, as Miller says on her web site, “Follow the epic journey as Miss United States 2012 Whitney Miller transforms from crown wearing queen, to cage fighting badass.”
