San Francisco Giants’ catcher Buster Posey might as well be pitching after this effort. The 4x All-Star landed a toss from the plate right in Jake Peavy’s glove while the pitcher wasn’t even looking.

Of course it wasn’t intentional, but damn, it’s awesome. And speaks volumes about the dialed-in precision cannon that Posey is working with behind the plate.
This one is definitely gonna have base runners thinking twice the next time they’re told to steal with San Fran’s signal caller on watch. After the All-Star break, of course.
