If you’ve been trying to watch Monday Night Hockey this year, you need to have a Prime membership. This year, Prime Video is the official home of “Monday Night Hockey in Canada and has been streaming games since early October similar to how the streaming service has exclusive rights to Thursday Night Football. This is the first time the NHL has agreed to an exclusive national broadcast deal with a digital-only streaming service.
For the remaining 2024-25 hockey season, Amazon Prime Video will stream the 20+ remaining games on Monday nights, which can be watched through the Prime Video app or on any Amazon Device.
How to Watch ‘Monday Night Hockey’ games on Amazon Prime Video
To watch “Monday Night Hockey” games for the remainder of the 2024-2025 season, you’ll need a Prime membership, which includes access to Prime Video alongside free 2-day shipping and a number of other benefits. If you are already a Prime member you can already stream the Monday games at no extra cost to you.
Don’t worry if you don’t have one yet: You can always sign up for a free trial to watch the games you really want to see. If you don’t already have an Amazon Prime membership, it costs $9.99 per month or $99 per year while an Amazon Prime Student Membership costs $4.99 per month or $49 per year.
You can watch “Monday Night Hockey” in web browsers and smart TVs that support the Prime Video app, as well as on Amazon devices such as the Fire TV and Fire tablet.
What Is the ‘Monday Night Hockey’ 2024-2025 Schedule?

The first game of “Monday Night Hockey” in December was the Blackhawks vs. Maple Leafs. The rest of the games go through April, ending with a doubleheader on Monday, April 14, featuring Blackhawks vs. Canadiens at 7 p.m. EST and then Kings vs. Oilers at 10 p.m. EST

Adnan Virk and Andi Petrillo will host “Monday Night Hockey,” with John Forslund as the play-by-play announcer. Other analysts include Jody Shelley, Thomas Hickey, Shane, Hnidy, Blake Bolden, and Mark Messier.
The “NHL Coast to Coast” show is also is exclusive to Prime Canada members. The whip-around show is on Thursdays at 7 p.m. EST and features coverage of that night’s hockey games “Red Zone” style.
