Taylor Rooks announced on Instagram that she’s gotten married, leaving NBA Twitter down extraordinarily bad, as Rooks as long been one of the most desired women in sports media.

Rooks has long kept her personal life a secret, with most NBA fans not even realizing she was dating someone, let alone engaged to be married.

As such, the news of her getting married “hit the timeline like a f—— spirt bomb,” according to one viral tweet.

Prior to Turner and Amazon, Rooks graduated from the University of Illinois before taking a job as an on-air host and reporter with the Big Ten Network.

In addition to her work for Turner Sports (TNT/Bleacher Report) and Prime Video’s coverage of the NFL, Rooks is also an ambassador for brands such as Amtrak, Reebok, Capital One, and more. Earlier this year, Rooks announced that she’s leaving Turner Sports as she’s set to become a key piece of Prime Video’s NBA coverage, which will begin in the Fall.

Rooks is set to be Prime Video’s lead studio host for its NBA coverage, with additional talent including announcers Ian Eagle, Kevin Harlan, Michael Grady, and Eric Collins, analysts Steve Nash, Dwyane Wade, Candace Parker, Blake Griffin, Dirk Nowitzki, Stan Van Gundy, Brent Barry, and Dell Curry, and sideline reporters Cassidy Hubbarth, Kristina Pink, and Allie Clifton.

Rooks has also become a celebrity in her own right, as she’s frequently seen mingling with the likes of Quavo, Saquon Barkley, Ja Morant, Micah Parsons, Joe Burrow, Justin Jefferson, Kevin Durant, Odell Beckham Jr., Draymond Green, Jack Harlow, and Drake, with a handful of those names being in attendance at her wedding.
