Nebraska football honored its former punter Sam Foltz with a touching tribute early on in its season opener with Fresno State on Saturday night.
On 4th-and-3 on its opening drive, the Cornhuskers lined up to punt but only sent out 10 men for the play. They did not send out a punter as a way to honor Foltz, who died in a car crash five weeks ago.
One of the most beautiful moments you will ever see at a sporting event.@Huskers honor Sam Foltz on punt. #SF27 https://t.co/oKQl4RODwf
