NFL Fashion Week 3: Which NFL Player Was Spotted Wearing A Pair Of Nike Field Generals? (…That’s Currently On Sale For Under $65?)

If you’ve been paying close attention her at BroBible, you might have noticed our post about the blue suede Nike Field Generals being on sale for only $64 right now via Nike.com.

Well, well… Pretty cool to see Saquon Barkley wear the exact same kicks on the way to the locker room when I opened up Instagram on Sunday. They are a really nice Penn State color, so respect. Excellent choice in comfortable yet stylish footwear on a big day for the Birds at home:

Week 3 of the NFL season began to separate the contenders from the pretenders, with a clear pack of undefeated teams emerging at the top. How can you not be locked in after a weekend like that?

I have to start with that Eagles-Rams game. Just an absolutely wild ending. Philly stays a perfect 3-0 on a last-second blocked field goal that turned into a big-man touchdown for the win. You can’t make this stuff up! The Eagles aren’t the only ones in the 3-0 club, either. The Chargers, Colts, Bills, and Niners are all undefeated, establishing themselves as the early teams to beat.

It’s not just the players, either; the coaching chess matches are heating up. You’ve got guys like Jim Harbaugh turning the Chargers into legit Super Bowl contenders right out of the gate. On the flip side, you have the master, Andy Reid, whose Chiefs look a little shaky for the first time in a while, even in a win. And you can’t ignore what Sean McVay is doing with the Rams or the incredible culture Dan Campbell has built in Detroit. The sideline drama is just as good as what’s happening on the field.

Beyond the team records, the quarterback’s play was electric. Justin Herbert is on another planet right now (which rocks, since he’s on my team in our BroBible staff fantasy league), leading all passers with 860 yards and looking like the clear MVP frontrunner. In Chicago, Caleb Williams finally had that massive breakout game everyone was waiting for, tossing four touchdowns. Feels like it was a long time coming. And who had Daniel Jones in the MVP conversation on their 2025 bingo card? The guy has been incredible for the Colts, and you have to give massive kudos to Carlie Irsay-Gordon and her sisters, Casey Foyt and Kalen Jackson, as they lead the Colts into a new era after the passing of their father.

And, before we get to tunnel fits, can we get a wellness check on the city of New York? Russell Wilson threw for 450+ yards, and the Giants still managed to be a mess. You almost have to respect it.

The number one thing that caught my eye this week was

The Week 3 Heat Check

Go check out visuals of the fits over at SoleRetriver, that does an incredible job putting together some of these rare sneakerfinds!

Lamar Jackson: The Ravens’ $300 million man pulled up in Jordan 14 Ferraris. These came out in June 2025 and, despite the collab with the luxury supercar brand, you can cop a pair for a relatively modest $275 on resale markets

Jalen Hurts: The Eagles QB showed up in a bucket hat at the Linc for that bonkers game against the Rams looking cool and confident in an all-black fit, capped off with a pair o fAir Jordan 3 Retro “Black Cat.” I wonder if Jalen is an Oasis fan too?

Jarrian Jones: The Jaguars’ defensive back was spotted in what many are calling the sneaker of the year: Nigel Sylvester’s Air Jordan 4 Retro “Brick by Brick.” A certified “if you know, you know” pick.

Jelani Woods: The Jets tight end might have been on the sidelines, but he still brought the Mamba Mentality with the Kobe x Nike Air Force 1 Low Protro in “Soft Yellow.” A clean tribute to a legend.

Travis Etienne Jr.: Strolling into the stadium ahead of the Jags’ game, the running back rocked one of the most iconic SB collabs of the last decade, the StrangeLove x Nike SB Dunk Low. A pair that still commands over $850 on the resale market is a serious power move

In other NFL outfit news…

I really loved AJ Brown’s “check on your teammates” sweater…

Mac Jones is on another level with his Sunday best. This past week, he gave a really gracious nod to his alma mater, the University of Alabama, with a houndstooth suit and loafers. A classic roll tide look. Well played.

Caleb Williams had such a throwback late ’90s preppy outfit on the way in. That outfit is basically right from 1998. Blows my mind to see it come back around like this, man.

What’s Cameron “Natureboy” Skattebo up to on the ‘gram this week? Naturally, he’s helping open a New York City location of Austin-based boot empire Tecovas, that you’ve probably seen quite a good bit here on BroBible over the years.

Appreciation for Detroit Lions defensive tackle Roy Lopez looking like a true steezemaster. For the uniniated, that’s style + easy = steeze. That’s what I’m calling this…

OK, one last one… JuJu Smith-Schuster in some of the most glorious jorts I’ve ever witnessed!
