Penn State sophomore running back Nick Singleton has been getting plenty of love in the NIL marketplace. And, he teamed up with Beats By Dre to give his team quite the gift.
Nick Singleton was the 2022 Gatorade National Player of the Year as a running back from Governor Mifflin High School, about 60 miles northwest of Philadelphia. And, he burst on to the scene with his home-state Penn State Nittany Lions in a big way last year.
As one half of a two-headed freshman monster with classmate Kaytron Allen, Nick Singleton ran for 1,061 yards on just 156 carries, good for 6.8 yards per attempt. He added 12 touchdowns as well. Take a look at some of his best moments from a year ago.

Naturally, he’s a big target for brands looking to get into the NIL market. Penn State is set up for a big season too, starting the season as the 7th-ranked team in the AP Poll and a playoff-or-bust roster.
Upscale headphone brand Beats By Dre took notice, and signed him to a deal. And, they hooked up all of his teammates with new headphones. Take a look.
It is a bit ironic, considering presumptive starting quarterback Drew Allar just gifted the offensive line new Bose headphones.
Penn State opens the season next Saturday in prime-time against West Virigina.
