Ohio high school football playoffs ends with mutual respect.
Patriots senior linebacker Hudson Dorsey’s high school football career came to a end with the loss. It was a crushing defeat. Nobody would’ve blamed him if he showed his disappointment or took a moment to gather his emotions. But that is not what happened.
Dorsey was the first player in line to shake the hands of the victors. And he told the Orange players to “go get a ring” as he made his way down the line.
In a world where negativity gets so much attention, this is the kind of thing that deserves the utmost praise. Hudson Dorsey held his head high after the final game of his career and encouraged Liberty’s rivals to go do what he couldn’t. (Even though he got a ring last year!)
