Over 100 million Americans will watch Super Bowl LVIII today between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. Most will watch the linear broadcast on CBS.
But, plenty were relying on a crisp and clean broadcast from CBS streaming app, Paramount+. That doesn’t appear to be the case, as many are complaining about the streaming broadcast.
Complaints are piling up on Twitter about a subpar streaming experience.
Me: Excited to watch the game after cooking $300 dollars worth of food.

This is almost certainly the biggest even that Paramount+ has ever streamed. Yes, streaming service has been around in some way, shape, or form since 2014. But, the streaming push is stronger than ever right now. My guess is that there are a lot more people trying to stream the game than anything they’ve ever tried to livestream before.
I’m sure that those in charge over at Paramount+ were hoping for a perfect day, but it doesn’t seem like that’s the case.
