It might be time for the Chiefs to shut down Patrick Mahomes for the season.
On Sunday, the Chiefs were eliminated from the playoffs after the team’s loss to the LA Chargers.
Late in the fourth quarter, Mahomes suffered an apparent knee injury after falling awkwardly during a tackle in the backfield.

I’m hoping it wasn’t enough excursion for an ACL or PCL but those will be assessed for.
LCL and posterolateral corner are also concerns.
