Patrick Mahomes Drops Ice Cold Line In Response To Las Vegas Raiders’ Kermit The Frog Puppet Mockery

Patrick Mahomes is not worried about what the Las Vegas Raiders are up to in July. The Kansas City Chiefs will get two chances to shut them up at the end of October and November.

The 28-year-old quarterback dropped an ice cold line in response to the recent shenanigans of his AFC West rival.

Mahomes is often mocked for sounding like Kermit the Frog. His voice is rather unique and bears a striking resemblance to the Muppets’ biggest star. He probably doesn’t think much of the parallel at this point, even though a reporter at the Super Bowl clearly pissed him off by asking for his best impression.

Even though Mahomes has heard it all by now, the Raiders decided to poke the bear.

A video surfaced from training camp that shows a group of Las Vegas players messing around with a Kermit the Frog puppet dressed as Mahomes. One of them even quipped “I’m a b—-!”

Considering that the Chiefs are 10-2 against the Raiders with Mahomes at quarterback, the mockery seems like a bad idea. He has thrown for 3,573 yards and 30 touchdowns during that span.

This most recent training camp stunt is only going to add fuel to his fire… when it gets to that point.

Patrick Mahomes addressed the video during a press conference on Friday.

Las Vegas isn’t his focus right now. The Raiders will get what they deserve in due time!

Although the Kermit the Frog puppet is rather funny, the decision target the reigning back-to-back Super Bowl champion and two-time MVP was ill-advised. Kansas City has owned the AFC West in recent years and its quarterback is the best in the league. If his desire to beat Las Vegas wasn’t already through the roof, the Raiders offered him additional motivation… in July!
