In a tough blow for the New England Patriots, it looks like they’ll have to tough it out without two key players on defense, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter
It seems that rookie cornerback Christian Gonzalez and veteran pass-rusher Matthew Judon are going to be sidelined indefinitely following their injuries during the Patriots’ 38-3 loss to the Cowboys last Sunday.
Gonzalez injured his shoulder, while Judon tore a lower bicep tendon.

Since he joined the team in 2021 on a big free-agent contract, Judon has been a force to be reckoned with, racking up an impressive 32.0 sacks in just 35 games with the Patriots.
Schefter gives us a final update, noting that Judon is going under the knife for his torn bicep on Wednesday.
