The retro and alternate uniform reveals (and possible leak) have been great and it just keeps pouring in.
With every NFL team allowed to use an alternate helmet this season, the New England Patriots decided to throw it back with a retro uniform.
The team announced they’ll be wearing it in two games in the 2023 season, which is incredibly exciting for the fanbase. Especially considering it’s one of the cooler retro uniforms in the league.
The team social media account shared that New England will wear their retro uniforms featuring Pat the Patriot against the Miami Dolphins (Sept. 17) and Los Angeles Chargers (Dec. 3).
The reds return.

The franchise brought the old school uniform back last year, as they wore them against the Detroit Lions in Week 5.
Pat the Patriot was a staple for this organization, as he was the team’s main logo from 1960 through the 1990s.
As you can imagine, Patriots fans are through the roof with these retro uniforms. Despite however you feel about this franchise, there is no denying it’s one of the best in the league.
Love it!!!

At the end of the day, it’s cool to see so many retro uniforms making their back into the NFL.
It’s just a nice homage to the past and the fans absolutely love them, for the most part.
