It seems like the NFL could have a Coronavirus outbreak on their hands. On Wednesday morning, several players on the different teams tested positive for COVID-19, including Patriots star DB Stephon Gilmore.

Gilmore, whose teammate Cam Newton had tested positive for the Coronavirus over the weekend, was seen hugging Chiefs’ QB Patrick Mahomes just a few days ago which can’t be a good sign going forward.

Fans and media blasted Goodell for allowing the Patriots to play on Monday instead of postponing the game
It was wildly irresponsible for the NFL to play Monday night's game. Stephon Gilmore tested negative for three straight days before the game, flew to KC, played every snap, then tested positive the next day, which the league *knew* was a possibility.

If I was an NFL owner, and somehow Patrick Mahomes tests positive, I’d call for the swift and immediate removal of Roger Goodell. This game had no business taking place pic.twitter.com/4NxhQWX1YG
