Penn State Defensive Lineman Tackles A Tree To The Ground Like A Mountain Man

Penn State first-team All-Big Ten defensive tackle Anthony Zettel is a BEAST of a man. He weighs in at 6-foot-4, 278 pounds and came up with an impressive 17 tackles for loss, eight sacks, and three interceptions last season for the Nittany Lions. His buddy, fellow Penn State linebacker Jordan Dudas, posted a video of how Zettel trains in the off season: By tackling trees in the middle of the woods to the ground like Paul Bunyan.

Kind of reminds me of the Rocky vs Ivan Drago training montage in Rocky IV. ZettelZ doesn’t need that fancy training, just good old fashion mountain man activities like tree wrasssslin.
