Late in the fourth quarter of the Broncos-Chargers game Peyton Manning was visibly annoyed before the snap about something happening on the sideline which led to confusion at the line of scrimmage and ended up in a false start penalty against the Broncos. At the time it seemed Manning was angry at the Denver crowd for making too much noise but in the postgame press conference Peyton said he was upset with the scoreboard operator for getting the crowd fired up and being disrespectful towards Philip Rivers.
