Damien Dibbell Gets Another Viral KO At Power Slap 7, Plans To Use Winnings To Help Pay For Law School

Power Slap

22-year-old Power Slap heavyweight champion Damien Dibbell still plans on getting his law degree despite killing it in slap fighting.

Last week, we spoke with Dibbell, who said that he has been saving up money to pay for law school.

“I was able to quit my job for a little while just to focus on training, save up a bunch of money, looking at actually being able to afford law school. because originally, scholarships were going to be my best bet, and I was still looking at taking out a bunch of debt to pay it off. So this has really changed the course of my life and how I’m going to be able to pay for that. It’s just I’m going to have to fight for it.”

On Friday night, Dibbell successfully defended his belt by scoring another viral knockout against Ryan Phillips at Power Slap 7.

During his post-fight press conference, Dibbell once again said that he planned to use his win bonus to help pay for law school.

“This is definitely going to help for me saving up for it, so it’s just another step in the right direction, every time, just working hard to hopefully get there one day”
