President Trump will attend UFC New Jersey, and Elon Musk is unlikely to be by his side. Last month, Trump and Musk both attended UFC Miami together to watch Alex Volkanovski fight Diego Lopes.
This week, Trump and Musk had a falling out after the Tesla CEO criticized the President for backing a domestic policy bill he felt was too expensive.
“I was disappointed to see the massive spending bill, frankly, which increases the budget deficit, not just decreases it, and undermines the work that the DOGE team is doing,” Musk said.
“I’m very disappointed because Elon knew the inner workings of this bill,” responded Trump while speaking to the media. “I’m very disappointed in Elon. I’ve helped Elon a lot.”
On Saturday, USA Today is reporting that Trump will attend UFC 316 in Newark, New Jersey.
