President Trump had a special meal planned for Team USA hockey after their big gold medal win at the Olympics.

On Tuesday night, Trump brought out the Team USA men’s hockey team to the White House and introduced them during his State Of The Union address.

“Our country is winning again,” Trump said during his speech.

“In fact, we’re winning so much that we really don’t know what to do about it. People are asking me — please, please, please, Mr. President, we’re winning too much. We can’t take it anymore. We’re not used to winning in our country. Until you came along, we’re just always losing, but now, we’re winning too much.”

“To prove that point, here with us tonight is a group of winners who just made the entire nation proud: the men’s gold medal Olympic hockey team,”

After his speech, Trump apparently fed Team USA hockey at McDonald’s at the White House. On Wednesday, a video showing Team USA players scarfing down McDonald’s double cheeseburgers at the White House went viral on social media.

This isn’t the first time Trump has fed a team McDonald’s. Back in 2019, Trump catered McDonald’s for Clemson when they won the college football national championship.
