Not only did FBI director Kash Patel use tax payer dollars to fly to Italy to party with the U.S. men’s hockey team after their gold medal game victory, but Donald Trump gave them a call, and made sure to belittle the women’s team in the process.

While on the phone with the United States men’s hockey team — who beat Team Canada by a score of 2-1 in Sunday’s gold medal game via an overtime goal from New Jersey Devils star Jack Hughes — Donald Trump couldn’t resist the urge to belittle the women’s hockey team, which also triumphed over Canada in the gold medal game, by suggesting that he was politically obligated to also invite them to the upcoming State of the Union.

President Trump belittled the United States women’s Olympic hockey team by implying that he’s obligated to give them the same treatment as the men

“I must tell you, we’re going to have to bring the women’s team, you do know that… I do believe I’d be impeached [if I didn’t],” Trump said.

“Disgusting. Team USA laughing with President Trump as he complains about having to invite the women’s team to the White House too. Yes, the men’s hockey team winning gold is a much bigger deal. But show some f—— respect for your fellow Team USA athletes,” one viral reply read.

“Bunch of grown a– millionaire men huddled up around a phone smiling ear to ear giggling their butts off at a pedophile making corny a– sexist jokes about their peers it does not get much lamer than this,” a second noted.

“Way to ruin the fun after securing the first gold medal for men’s USA hockey since the 1980 team. They giggling & carrying on with a man who is engaged in a coverup for one of the biggest pedophile operations via Epstein files and he’s accused of being a rapist/pedophile in them,” a third added.

At the 2026 Winter Olympics, thanks in part to gold medals from the men’s and women’s hockey teams, the United States won 12 gold medals, the most in its history.
