Quinn Ewers brought the BOOM to the Cotton Bowl in homage to the Costco Guys on Saturday. A.J. and Big Justice were thrilled to see Texas’ quarterback hit their viral TikTok dance after scoring a touchdown during the Red River Rivalry.
They broke their silence on the viral touchdown dance with a not-so-subtle plea to the New York Giants.
If you are not familiar with the Costco Guys by now, let this be your introduction. The father-son duo built a sizable following on TikTok after their most well-known video went insanely viral in March. It racked up more than 46 million views in less than three months. The concept is pretty simple.
The BOOM! Universe exploded from there and all of the Befumos are involved, including sister Ashley and “mother of Big Justice.” They dropped the song of the summer together back in July!
With the song came a corresponding dance. It is fit for all people of all ages so you, too, can bring the BOOM!
A.J., Big Justice and the Rizzler (who I won’t even try to explain) are massive stars on TikTok. Most people under the age of 30 are either aware of or fully engulfed in the BOOM! Universe. Especially students, from college all of the way down to elementary school.
Texas’ quarterback scored a one-yard rushing touchdown during the fourth quarter of a win over Oklahoma in Dallas to ice the game over the weekend. He immediately broke out into dance as soon as he crossed the goal line. And not just any dance…

A.J. and Big Justice caught wind of the shoutout and finally broke their silence on Tuesday with a statement on TikTok that got a lot of BOOMs. They promised to bring Ewers to Costco and to buy him a chicken bake and a double chunk chocolate cookie. They also campaigned for the New York Giants to replace Daniel Jones with their new favorite quarterback!
The Costco Guys made it very clear that they do not have any beef with Jones. It’s not that they don’t like him. It’s that Quinn Ewers brought the BOOM! while the Giants’ quarterback has yet to do so.
