Thursday night, weeks after he brutally assaulted pro wrestler Syko Stu (real name: Stuart Smith) on a live-stream, Raja Jackson, the 25-year-old son of MMA legend Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, was finally arrested. Raja Jackson was reportedly being held on $50,000 bond, but was later released.

Following Raja Jackson’s release from jail after being charged with felony battery, his dad, Quinton Jackson, was live-streaming on Kick and spoke about his son’s arrest. In the video, “Rampage” can be heard speaking with some friends. One of them asked how he was doing, considering the situation with his son Raja.

“I’m doing okay,” he replied. “I’m holding up well.”

When asked how Raja was doing, Quinton Jackson replied, “He’s doing okay. He’s doing okay. He’s alright. He at home now. Hey, he f—— up. He f—— up. He f—— up. He’s got to learn his lesson. Hey, it is what it is. All I can do is be a dad, you know what I’m saying? He don’t listen to me… At the end of the day, he can’t say I didn’t do what I was supposed to do as a dad.”

A few weeks ago, “Rampage” Jackson said he hadn’t been in contact with his son Raja. “I was going to turn him in,” he said at the time. “We’ve been waiting for arrest warrant or whatever. I got him am attorney. I did what my job is as a father to, you know, still take care of my son because I still love him even though how upset I am at my son. I still love him. You know what I’m saying? He’s my son. But ever since he’s become an adult he don’t listen to s— I say.”

That arrest warrant was finally served Thursday night when he was taken into custody at his apartment in Huntington Beach, California. Video of Raja Jackson being escorted out of the building in handcuffs was made public on Friday.
