In the fourth quarter of today’s Eagles-Redskins game, Redskins safety Deshazor Everett laid an absolutely brutal hit on defenseless Eagles punt returner Darren Sproles.
While Everett was penalized for the play, he was not ejected which angered several Eagles reporters and fans after they learned that Sproles had to leave the game to get checked on.
I’m done with the NFL. I know I’m sitting in press box covering this game. But if I wasn’t here for work, I’d be walking out of the Linc.

The fact that Deshazor Everett is still playing in this game after that is disgusting.

That Deshazor Everett dude should be ejected, suspended, fine and thrown out of the league.

That hit on Sproles was pure filth! Can't believe Peters didn't rip Everett head off. #dirty #git @Eagles @NFL
