Report: Kyrie Irving Is Unhappy And Wants Out Of Cleveland

Well, here we go again. The Cleveland Cavaliers are slumping and have lost three out of their last four games just a few weeks after firing head coach David Blatt. Now it seems that the Cavs are having still having chemistry issues and one of their biggest stars wants out.

According to ESPN’s Stephen A Smith, if it were up to Kyrie he would be playing somewhere else.

Dating back to last year, I’ve been told that Kyrie Irving ain’t too happy being in Cleveland,” Smith stated on First Take this morning. “The situation is not ideal for him. I don’t know the particulars, I haven’t spoken to him personally. It’s something that I’ve been hearing for months; that under ideal circumstances he would prefer to be someplace other than Cleveland.”

There have been rumors about Kyrie Irving being unhappy since LeBron rejoined the team in the summer of 2014 but Irving signed a longterm contract not too long ago and it’s doubtful that the Cavs would be willing to trade the star point guard unless something disastrous happens this season.

We’ll see how the whole thing plays out but it does seem like everyone on this Cavs team seems miserable playing there.
