Congratulations are in order to Rickie Fowler and Allison Stokke as the couple got engaged on Friday night. The four-time PGA Tour winner and the former collegiate All-American pole vaulter and high jumper announced the joyous news on their Instagram accounts.
In a photo of Rickie kneeling in the sand in front of Stokke on a beach, the 29-year-old Fowler wrote, “Today is National Best Friend Day so I wanted to lock mine down…I WON!!” The second pic shows the happy couple smiling and Allison flaunting her new rock. On her announcement, the 29-year-old Stokke said, “Yes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And happy national best friend day to my best best best friend😉! I love you!!!”
