“Exercising my authority as president of the WBC , I am hereby expelling Ryan Garcia from any activity with our organization. We reject any form of discrimination. I fear for Ryan well being as he has declined multiple attempts for our help with mental health and substance abuse”

On Friday, Garcia released a statement and felt people were being too sensitive.

“Let me get this straigh, I’ve actually supported black communities. Have taken racism from Tim Bradley calling me a zoo animal on ESPN.”

“But my pain deserves to be felt, black and brown have always united And it will always be that way”

“I’m just a shade lighter then you, but I love you and I love black children to the point I’d d– for a black child I was actually speaking against black on black crime Against I’m Sorry”
