Sad Bill Belichick Goes Viral After Patriots Fall To 0-2 For The First Time Since 2001

NBC

It’s not looking good for Bill Belichick and the New England Patriots.

On Sunday night, the Patriots suffered a heartbreaking loss to the Miami Dolphins after falling short on a bizarre play at the end of the game.

On fourth down with about a minute to go in the game and down seven points, Pats tight end Mike Gesicki caught the ball and instantly saw that he was going to be short of the first down. Gesicki lateraled the ball back to offensive lineman Cole Strange, who ended up getting close to picking up a first down but was ruled just short via replay review.

The Pats are now 0-2 on the season after the loss to the Dolphins. The last time the Patriots went 0-2 was in 2001, when they won the Super Bowl.

After the Pats latest loss, NBC cameras caught Belichick looking extremely sad on the sideline.

Dolphins fans loved seeing a sad Belichick.
