Win Butler, the lead singer of Arcade Fire, who was playing for Team Canada during tonight’s Celebrity All-Star Game, walked away from the exhibition contest as the game’s MVP, earning him the chance to talk with Sage Steele as he accepted his trophy.
And, just when you thought things were going to get awkward—as Butler began talking about how the U.S. could learn a lot from Canada in this, an election year for America, Steele quickly squashed his attempt at a political statement in badass fashion.
Sage Steele could be sued for pushing Win Butler off his soapbox that violently. Tremendous. pic.twitter.com/fSj3Mnbauz

It was an awkward moment, sure, but my favorite part is comedian Kevin Hart’s face once he heard what the fuck the singer was saying, looking at him as if Hart was about to smack him upside the head and say, “bro, what in the fuck is the matter with you?”
We’re America… FUCK YEAH!
