Sahith Theegala had a breakout season on the PGA Tour last year where he racked up his first win and he finished 7th on the PGA Tour’s Money List with $8,474,215 in earnings to bring his total PGA Tour earnings to just over $19 million. As a thank you to his caddie, Carl Smith, Sahith Theegala hooked him up with a $40K+ Rolex, his caddie’s ‘dream watch.’
Sahith’s girlfriend, Julianna “Juju” Chan, posted a video over the weekend that went viral where the caddie receives the Rolex as a gift. When I saw this video on Saturday this was one of those ‘the algorithm really knows me’ situations because the video had maybe 15K views on TikTok and it’s now closing in on a million views. But the overlapping categories of Watches, PGA Tour, Sahith Theegala, and Guys Being Dudes is definitely content I’m into and TikTok knew that.

In the comments, someone says this is a Rolex Daytona 126518LN which can be found at retail for around $32K only that’s impossible because nobody can buy Rolexes at retail prices anymore. The true cost of this watch is closer to $40-45K depending on the condition of the watch.
This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Cosmograph Daytona is 18kt yellow gold with a gold/black dial and a Rolex Oysterflex bracelet. It is a stunning wristwatch and this clip had a lot of ‘watch guys’ choked up at the incredibly meaningful gesture, they were flooding the TikTok comments with nice things to say about Sahith Theegala.
Theegala is off to a slow-ish start to the 2024-25 season. Since the TOUR Championship he’s finished t7 in September and t56th at the ZOZO in October. But the season doesn’t really start moving until The Sentry in January, he’s just getting tuned up at this point.
