There was a scary scene in the Saints-Giants game today as Saints cornerback P.J. Williams was carted off the field after taking a knee to the head from one of his teammates.
Williams laid motionless on the ground after the hit as medical staff took him off the field in a cart. As of now there is no word on his condition.
