Fuming Sean McVay Found Out About More Of Puka Nacua’s Foolishness In Real Time During Press Conference

NFL/Los Angeles Rams

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay, following a narrow loss to the Seattle Seahawks to lose the inside track on the #1 seed in the NFC, found out about a Puka Nacau deleted tweet during the postgame press conference. NFL fans have since praised him for being able to keep his anger under wraps.

After the loss to the Seattle Sehawks, Puka Nacua immediately hopped on social media to tweet about the refs, posting and then quickly deleting: “Can you say i was wrong. Appreciate you stripes for your contribution. Lol.”

The star WR’s tweet comes after he disparaged the NFL’s refs on a live stream with Adin Ross. During that same live stream, Nacua did an offensive “Jewish emote,” which he later apologized for.

During his press game press conference — in which he was likely already heated about the narrow 38-37 loss that gave the Seahawks the edge on the NFC West title and therefore the #1 seed in the playoffs — McVay learned about Nauca’s deleted tweet in real time.

NFL fans couldn’t help but notice how absolutely livid McVay seemed, yet he was still able to keep his cool and answer the question responsibily.

“McVay’s face when answering questions about Puka might be the angriest I’ve ever seen him about anything ever,” one viral tweeted noted.

Despite all of the controversy he stirred up this week, Nacua certainly didn’t seem distracted by it against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night as he had 12 catches for 225 yards and two touchdowns  in the 38-37 overtime loss.
