On Saturday night, the UFC sat Strickland and Du Plessis close to each other.

Immediately after Strickland and Du Plessis were shown on TV, they got into a fist fight off camera which was captured by several people inside the arena.

Earlier this week, Strickland took offense to Du Plessis bringing up his dead abusive father during the UFC 2024 seasonal press conference.
“Why are you so angry? You think your dad beat the sh– out of you? Your dad doesn’t have sh– on me…evey childhood memory is going to come back when I’m in there with you.”
