It takes a little more to make a champion. Isn’t that an actual slogan? Like for Champion? Or maybe it’s Jack Daniel’s. I don’t remember.

Being a professional wrestler involves training for size, strength and cardiovascular. WWE Champion Seth Rollins’s weekly workout plan is a little bit of everything and a whole lot of “no thanks I’ll just have another beer.”

I could handle Sunday though. I do Seth’s Sunday workout just about every day. I’m dedicated.
