Colorado Buffs QB Shedeur Sanders is being accused of faking an injury to help his team on the field.
Before halftime of the Colorado Buffs-North Dakota State game, Colorado turned the ball over on downs near their 35-yard line after a failed fourth down conversion.
While Colorado’s defense was slow to get on the field, hoping for a better spot, NDSU was ready to run their offensive play.
Sanders appeared to fake a cramp on the field so that NDSU couldn’t run a play against Colorado’s unprepared defense.

It's hard to say when cramps are real vs faked, but sometimes it's awfully convenient. Like when you just looked back, your team has one defender at the line, and most of your offense is still on leaving the field. pic.twitter.com/DDlmoRVn8e

Fans were not happy with Sanders after the play.
“Shedeur looked back and saw no defense out there, then faked a cramp. How pathetic” said one fan.
“The Shedeur Sanders fake cramp so the defense could sub. That is Charmin soft.” commented another fan.
