Simone Biles might be the biggest global star at the Paris Olympics. The three-time Olympian had the biggest day of her Olympic Games on Thursday when she competed in the Olympic All-Around Final.

Biles won the All-Around Final three years after having pulled out of the same competition due to a case of the twisties, and she sealed it with an incredible floor routine that she absolutely had to nail, and did.

Here’s part of her winning floor routine to edge out Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade.

Yeah, she’s way up there. So high, in fact, that USA Basketball star Kevin Durant wants to see her on the receiving end of an alley-oop.

She definitely gets high enough. According to USA Today, Simone Biles gets up to 12 feet in the air on her tumbling passes, higher than that 10-foot rim.

But, it gets a lot more complicated. She would have to catch the ball and dunk it, which is the hard part. Still, I hope they try to make it happen!

Kevin Durant had previously said that Simone Biles was the one athlete he wanted to see in Paris.

While Simone Biles was a pretty big favorite to win the All-Around, Brazil’s Rebeca Andrade might be the best gymnast other than Simone of her entire eleven-year run at the top of the sport. When Biles made a costly mistake on Uneven Bars, it was game on, as Andrade led after two events.

But, Biles rebounded with a stellar routine on the Balance Beam prior to that exceptional Floor Exercise set.  Her overall margin of victory ended up being just over a full point.

Simone has three events left, all of which she’s varied levels of the favorite to win gold. She’s a slight favorite on the Balance Beam, and a heavy favorite on Vault and Floor Exercise.

The gold medal was her sixth gold medal in her Olympic Career, and her ninth medal overall.
