It appears that Mexican fans were not interested in attending the team’s third place game of the CONCACAF Nations League tournament.

Earlier this week, Mexico fell to 3-0 to the United States in a game filled with Mexican fans in the stands.

That game would end with Mexican fans throwing stuff on the field and making “discriminatory chants.”

On Sunday, Mexico played Panama in the third place game of the tournament and the Allegiant Stadium was entirely empty.

Some Mexican fans on Twitter showed their displeasure with the team’s performance after the loss to the United Staes.

“I hope it stays this empty. The fans are fed up.” wrote one fan.

“Good, this team doesn’t deserve our support”
