Stephen A. Smith & Shannon Sharpe Get Into Heated Argument & Don’t Look Happy Working Together Anymore

It appears that the honeymoon between Stephen A. Smith and Shannon Sharpe is over. Last year, Sharpe was hired by First Take and ESPN after falling out with Skip Bayless.

On Monday morning, Smith and Sharpe got into a heated debate about whether or not the Cowboys will hire Bill Belichick next season. Sharpe argued that Belichick wouldn’t fit in with the Cowboys because Jerry Jones constantly talks to the media, while Smith believed Belichick and Jones could co-exist with each other.

“Stephen A., do you like coming to your job every day and having a headache?” Sharpe asked. “See, you’re talking about what you think you know. One voice, one sound. When you’re trying to win championships, you have one voice, one sound resonating. And you and I both know, Bill Belichick is a bigger draw than Jerry Jones, that’s why he has coaches that he can overshadow.” said Sharpe.

“Your argument goes right out the window when you mention championships and the Cowboys in the same breath,” responded Smith.

Smith’s comment appeared to anger Sharpe.

“Now you know more football,” “Go ahead, OK.” said a disgusted-looking Sharpe.

Sharpe’s argument with Smith was reminiscent of when he nearly came to blows with Bayless.
