Stetson Bennett had a rough outing in his latest preseason game but still somehow came up with the win

On Sunday, the Los Angeles Rams faced off against the Dallas Cowboys.

Bennett took all the snaps for the Rams as coach Sean McVay felt that it was better for him to get preseason reps over veteran Jimmy Garoppolo.

“I would probably say probably not because I think it’s important for Stetson to get a bunch of work, and Jimmy’s played a lot in this league. If he said that he thought he wanted to, knowing that he’s going to miss those first couple weeks, I’d be open to it. My inclination right now is that I would not want to play him unless he told me he wanted to.”

During Sunday’s game, Bennett got crushed by the Cowboys defense and threw four interceptions.

While Benett had a disastrous game, he was able to move the ball up the field on the Rams’ final possession and scored the game-winning touchdown.

Fans were impressed that Bennett didn’t give up after throwing four interceptions.
