Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp, who plays the oft-cursed character of Will Beyers, was thrown out of The Palace in New York City after getting angry with fellow patrons while he was “aggressively” drunk. Schanpp is 19 years old, which is not a legal drinking age in the United States.

According to a report from the New York Post, citing an eye witness at the scene, the young TV actor was escorted out of the Canal St. lounge in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan around 1:30 a.m. on early Saturday morning, June 15.

The witness says that Schnapp, who ordered bottle service of tequila, became “angry” with additional The Palace patrons after they refused to take shots of tequila with him because he is underage.

According to our eyewitness, the 19-year-old Stranger Things star was allegedly bugging patrons who paid for bottle service to take tequila shots with him and his entourage. However, Schnapp allegedly became ‘angry’ after his fellow clubgoers refused to participate with him because he is underage. We’re told he became so ‘aggressively wasted’ that security escorted him out at around 1:30 a.m. ET. [via Page Six]

This isn’t the first time that Schnapp’s behavior has put him in the headlines, as he’s previously been accused of using racial slurs and got into an online beef with rapper Doja Cat for revealing the pair’s DMs (she was asking him to set her up with season four star Joseph Quinn).

While his fellow young Stranger Things co-stars such as Quinn, Millie Bobby Brown, Sadie Sink, Joe Keery, and Caleb McLaughlin have gone on to advance their careers outside of the show, Schnapp’s most notable non-Stranger Things project is the 2020 comedy Hubie Halloween. He’s also had roles in films such as Bridge of Spies, The Peanuts Movie, The Legend of Hallowaiian, Abe, Waiting for Anya, and The Tutor.
