While big names like Caitlin Clark, Paige Bueckers, and A’ja Williams get all the headlines among casual fans, WNBA diehards will know all about the league’s most charismatic duo: Courtney Williams and Natisha Hiedeman.

Williams and Heideman are teammates on the Minnesota Lynx, and they also team up to host a popular Twitch stream named the Stud Budz. For those of you who understand the name, you know. For those of you who don’t, we encourage you to use the internet!

Their Twitch bio describes the stream as “just two Stud Budz who hoop and live our best life.”

Alas, the Lynx duo is wildly funny and routinely up to no good, including sometimes in an NSFW manner. As part of the WNBA’s 2025 All-Star Weekend, the pair decided to host a 72-hour Twitch live stream, which began in the lead-up to All-Star weekend and will run through the WNBA All-Star Game itself, which Williams is a part of.

The stream followed the pair to their hotel room, to All-Star weekend events, to parties and after-parties, and everywhere in between. So we’ve decided to compile a list of every crazy thing that has happened on the stream (to this point).

Stud Budz Get WNBA Commissioner Cathy Engelbert To Dance To ‘Knuck If You Buck’

“Knuck If You Buck” by Atlanta-based rap group Crime Mob is one of the most iconic songs in Southern Rap history. WNBA commissioner Cathy Engelbert is, uh, not that. So when Williams got Engelbert to dance to the song at a party after the WNBA Skills Challenge, the result was nothing short of hilarious.

Megan Rapinoe Asks Natisha Hiedeman A Way Too Invase Question On Camera

When the Stud Budz said they were filming everything for 72 hours, they meant everything. That face seemed lost to former USWNT star Megan Rapinoe, who was attending All-Star weekend with her wife and WNBA legend Sue Bird.

At one point during the Skills Challenge on Friday night, Rapinoe approached the duo and asked Hiedeman an extremely personal question about her love life.

Courtney Williams Grinds On Anybody And Everybody At The After Party

Following the Skills Challenge, several players hit a local bar/club for an after party that seemed to be sponsored by the league or the WNBA. As we’ve learned, if there’s one thing that Courtney Williams knows how to do, it’s have a good time.

Apparently, part of having a good time meant dancing on anybody and everybody. Literally, EVERYBODY. Williams has so much clout these days that she was even able to get a full pizza delivered while dancing in the club.

Catilin Clark And Angel Reese Make Their Stud Budz Streaming Debut

One of the major talking points in the Caitlin Clark discourse over the last 15 months is that fellow players don’t like Clark because she doesn’t fit in off the court. Well, if that’s true, it certainly didn’t seem to be the case over the weekend.

Clark said she spent most of her Friday night watching the Stud Budz stream before making an appearance on the stream alongside her brother.

But Clark wasn’t the only young star to show up on the stream. So did Angel Reese who, unsurprisingly, found herself dancing on Courtney Williams. Because the entire league was seemingly dancing on or with Courtney Williams.

The 72-hour stream is still ongoing, which means that there is undoubtedly more ridiculousness to come. But for the time being, these are just a handful of the incredible moments captured by the Stud Budz over WNBA All-Star Weekend.
