WWE’s SummerSlam PPV ended after Randy Orton suffered a gruesome cut on his forehead after getting repeatedly elbowed by Brock Lesnar.

I’m not sure if this scripted or not, but I’m pretty sure those were real elbows and that Orton’s cut was the real deal. Nasty.
