The Phoenix Suns shocked the world after trading for Kevin Durant right before the deadline. He hasn’t played yet, but the fans sure are happy to have him on the team.
It was evident on Tuesday night when Durant attended the game. Although he wasn’t dressed down, Suns fans gave him one of the warmest welcomes you’ll see.

From the sounds of it, you’d think the Suns already won the championship. At least that’s how most people feel now that Durant is playing in Phoenix.
His new teammates are also just as happy. Deandre Ayton admits he’s speechless now that Durant is his teammate, per Duane Rankin.
"That's the question I'm trying to answer my damn self. I'm really speechless to be honest. We got KD. Ain't that something."

The Suns might just be the new powerhouse in the Western Conference. Although the Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks made some big trades themselves.
Phoenix has what it takes to go the distance now. But they still must prove it in the playoffs.
We can expect to see Kevin Durant make his Suns debut after the All-Star break. We’re sure the fans will give him another warm welcome once he’s dressed down for a game.
